Suggestions for prayer
interpretative prayer; songs of praise; special Rosary; opportunity for some model of Salesian Lectio divina, more flexible form of prayer with reference to our Charism, our vocation and mission; adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with the evening prayer and benediction possible; liturgical dance, meditation style from all participating countries
make it more Salesian, rather than locked into Liturgy of the Hours
It would have been a great experience if there were inculturated prayers drawn from pastoral experience with the young prepared by Salesian delegates from different countries: less is more - model Salesian prayer as it is in the SDB Constitutions (art.85) and Memoirs!
