Description: One sometimes hears reference to 'card', as in 'Mission card' or 'Salesian Identity Card', which in the latter case is a separate inspirational document along similar lines. Almost certainly this use of 'card' is a false friend; 'Charter' is the better term for rendering the concept involved.
